Mobile App Gift Card Conversions

Marcus Theatres is excited to release a new mobile app this fall.
- We are changing technology providers in order to provide increased functionality and benefits for end-users.
- For your protection, gift card user data will not save and transfer to the new app.
Once the new mobile app is released, all stored gift card information will disappear.
- If you have a gift card stored on our mobile app that that is not associated with a physical card in your possession, you must either use your remaining balance or convert to a physical card.
  - If you still have the physical card associated with the gift card number, we encourage you to hold onto that card and delete your stored gift card from the app. Once the new app is released, you will be able to re-load your gift card and PIN.
- The conversion process can be completed quickly and easily at any Marcus Theatres’ point of sale station, MarcusTheatres.com/AppCard or by calling 800-274-0099.

*Non PIN cards will be converted to electronic PIN cards within one business day. Only cards starting with 6006 can be converted. Your new virtual gift card is valid toward box office, concessions and food and beverage purchases made at participating Marcus Theatre locations, online at MarcusTheatres.com and through the Marcus Theatres mobile app. It may not be used to purchase gift cards or other discount tickets.
